Problem: SquareSpace’s goal is that as many people as possible start up their first dream businesses despite the «inconveniences» they may experience. 

Insight: Many feel that they have to wait till their circumstances are perfect (money, time, resources, space, etc.), before they start their first business. In this game of waiting, a person never take the leap at starting their first business. 

Executions

OOH

A series of print ads will be placed in high traffic areas and dense metropolitan areas, encouraging first time business owners to invest in their entrepreneurial dreams, with SquareSpace by their side.

Social

Squarespace will extend an invitation to all those interested in launching their first business to explain their story, and why they want to be an entrepreneur. 

Squarespace will then select 20 followers to have premium digital ads placed for their websites, on social media and in prime metro locations. 

Only those who use the hashtag #reaptherewards will be considered.

Experiential & Product Design

Squarespace will create a map using Apple/Google Maps on their mobile application that is specifically tailored to specific cities across the country. On these maps you’ll find key landmarks that will be necessary to visit in starting your first business LLC. Places like the Post Office, Department of State, Permit Office, etc. will be highlighted as places to visit.

Upon visiting and successfully completing the task at those locations (total of 5), Squarespace will ask for proof that the goal was successfully completed. 

After which Squarespace will deduct 20% off the yearly membership charged at the end of the year. 

Sounds like a pretty good reward to me!
